Genesis 29:2:1וַיַּ֞רְאvayar{And} he saw

2. Formal Translation
He looked and saw a well in the field, with three flocks of sheep lying beside it, because the flocks drank from that well. A large stone covered the mouth of the well.
2. Dynamic Translation
Jacob noticed a well out in the open field, and three flocks of sheep were resting by it, since that well supplied their water. A big stone lay over the opening of the well.
