4. Formal Translation So the law grows numb, and justice is never issued as it should be; the wicked hem in the righteous, and the verdict comes out perverted. |
4. Dynamic Translation This is why the law has become powerless and fair judgment never breaks through; with the wicked surrounding the righteous, justice comes out distorted. |
