3. Formal Translation For the vision is still for the appointed time, and it breathes forth toward the end; it will not lie. Though it delays, wait for it—for it will surely come; it will not delay. |
3. Dynamic Translation The vision still awaits its set time; it presses toward the end and cannot fail. If it seems slow, wait for it—it will certainly come and will not be late. |
