11. Formal Translation
Yet every discipline, with respect to the present, indeed does not seem to be of joy, but of grief; but later it yields a peaceful fruit to those who have been trained by it, of righteousness.
11. Dynamic Translation
At the time, all discipline feels unpleasant instead of joyful, but afterward it produces a harvest of peace for those who have been trained by it, a harvest of righteousness.
