3. Formal Translation Therefore the land will go into mourning, and every inhabitant in it will wither, together with the beasts of the field and the birds of the heavens; even the fish of the sea will be gathered up. |
3. Dynamic Translation That is why the land will grieve, and everyone living in it will waste away, along with the wild animals of the field, the birds of the sky, and even the fish of the sea will vanish. |
