Exegesis

The coordinated subject kokhvei hashamayim {כוֹכְבֵ֤י הַשָּׁמַיִם֙ | kōkhēvē haššāmāyim} “stars of the heavens” joins ukesileihem {וּכְסִ֣ילֵיהֶם | ukesîlêhem} “their constellations” and governs the Hiphil imperfect yahelu {יָהֵ֖לּוּ | yāhēlû} with oram {אוֹרָ֑ם | ʾôrām} as its object.
