Parallel Nifal forms venillivah {וְנִלְוָ֤ה | wə-nil-lə-wā} ‘and He will join Himself’ and venispechu {וְנִסְפְּח֖וּ | wə-nis-pə-ḥû} ‘and they will be joined’ depict inclusion of the sojourner hager {הַגֵּר֙ | ha-ḡēr} ‘resident foreigner’.
