Exegesis

A pair of prohibitions, lo-yerunnan {לֹֽא־יְרֻנָּ֖ן | lōʾ-ye-runnān} and lo yeroa {לֹ֣א יְרֹעָע | lōʾ yĕ-rō-ʿāʿ}, emphatically forbids singing and shouting.
