Isaiah 16:12:1וְהָיָ֧הvehayaand it will be
Isaiah 16:12:2כִֽי־נִרְאָ֛הkinirethat is seen, that appears Isaiah 16:12:3כִּֽי־נִלְאָ֥הkinilethat he has wearied himself, that he is weary Isaiah 16:12:4מוֹאָ֖בmoavMoab Isaiah 16:12:5עַל־הַבָּמָ֑הalhabamaupon the high place Isaiah 16:12:6וּבָ֧אuvaand he comes, and he has come Isaiah 16:12:7אֶל־מִקְדָּשׁ֛וֹelmikdashoto his sanctuary Isaiah 16:12:8לְהִתְפַּלֵּ֖לlehitpallelto pray Isaiah 16:12:9וְלֹ֥אveloand not Isaiah 16:12:10יוּכָֽל׃yukhalhe will be able, he will prevail
12. Formal Translation
And it shall be, when it is seen that Moab is weary on the high place, that he will come to his sanctuary to pray, but he will not prevail.
12. Dynamic Translation
When it becomes clear that Moab is exhausted at the high place, he will go to his temple to pray, but he will not succeed.
