The coordinate ūbāʾ {וּבָ֧א | ū-bāʾ} ‘and he comes’ leads into a purpose clause marked by the Hitpael infinitive construct lə-hitpallēl {לְהִתְפַּלֵּ֖ל | lə-hit-pallēl} ‘to pray’ at miqdāšô {מִקְדָּשׁ֛וֹ | miqdāšô} ‘his sanctuary’.
