Isaiah 18:2:1הַשֹּׁלֵ֨חַhasholeakhthe one sending

2. Formal Translation
Which sends envoys by sea and in vessels of papyrus upon the surface of the waters, saying, “Go, swift messengers, to a nation drawn out and peeled, to a people awesome from its beginning onwards, a nation measured line by line and trampled, whose land the rivers divide.”
2. Dynamic Translation
Which sends envoys across the sea in papyrus boats over the waters, saying, “Go, quick messengers, to a tall and smooth-skinned people, to a nation feared near and far, a nation measured and trampled, whose land the rivers divide.”
