   in the day that utterance of the LORD of hosts will be removed the peg the one fastened in a place firm or reliable and it will be cut down and it will fall and will be cut off the load which was upon it for the LORD has spoken

Exegesis

The conjunction ki {כִּי | kî} with the Piel perfect dibber {דִּבֵּר | dib-bēr} ‘has spoken’ affirms the irrevocable divine decree. English rendering preserves the Hebrew verb series and clause structure to maintain the sense of assured judgment.
