| 2. Formal Translation It will blossom; it will surely blossom and rejoice, indeed with exultation and a shout of joy. The glory of the Lebanon will be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the LORD {Yahweh, Majestic Revealer} and the majesty of our God {Eloheinu, Divine Splendor}. |
| 2. Dynamic Translation It will burst into bloom and celebrate with exultant songs. The beauty of Lebanon will be bestowed upon it, along with the splendor of Carmel and Sharon. All will see the glory of the LORD {Yahweh, Wilderness Restorer} and the majesty of our God {Eloheinu, Sovereign Sustainer}. |
