20. Formal Translation On that day the Lord {Adonai, Supreme Master} will shave the head and the hair of the feet with a hired razor brought from beyond the River by the king of Assyria, and He will also sweep away the beard. |
20. Dynamic Translation On that day, the Lord {Adonai, Sovereign Ruler} will use a razor hired from across the River through the king of Assyria to shave off your head and the hair from your legs, and will even take away your beard. |
