Source Text: Hebrew (WLC) Isaiah 7:22:1 ⧉וְהָיָ֗הvehayaand it shall be Isaiah 7:22:2 ⧉מֵרֹ֛בmerovfrom abundance of Isaiah 7:22:3 ⧉עֲשׂ֥וֹתasotproducing Isaiah 7:22:4 ⧉חָלָ֖בkhalavmilk Isaiah 7:22:5 ⧉יֹאכַ֣לyokhalhe will eat Isaiah 7:22:6 ⧉חֶמְאָ֑הkhemeacurds Isaiah 7:22:7 ⧉כִּֽי־חֶמְאָ֤הkikhemeafor curds Isaiah 7:22:8 ⧉וּדְבַשׁ֙udevashand honey Isaiah 7:22:9 ⧉יֹאכֵ֔לyokhelhe will eat Isaiah 7:22:10 ⧉כָּל־הַנּוֹתָ֖רkalhanotareveryone who remains Isaiah 7:22:11 ⧉בְּקֶ֥רֶבbekerevin the midst of Isaiah 7:22:12 ⧉הָאָֽרֶץ׃haaretsthe land |
22. Formal Translation And it shall be that from the abundance of milk produced he will eat curds; for both curds and honey all the remnant of the land shall eat. |
22. Dynamic Translation There will be so much milk produced that he will eat curds; indeed everyone who remains in the land will eat curds and honey. |
