2. Formal Translation
You desire and do not have; you kill and covet, and you are not able to obtain. You fight and wage war, yet you do not have because you do not ask.
2. Dynamic Translation
You want things but do not have them, so you kill; you are jealous and still cannot get what you long for. You quarrel and fight, but you do not have what you want because you do not ask.
