13. Formal Translation When He {Yahweh, Divine Speaker} sends out His voice, the waters in the heavens surge; He causes the vapors to rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain and brings out the wind from His storehouses. |
13. Dynamic Translation When He {Yahweh, Storm Sovereign} thunders, the skies fill with the roar of waters, and He lifts clouds from the farthest parts of the earth. He produces lightning with the rain and releases the wind from His storehouses. |
