Jeremiah 11:19:1וַאֲנִ֕יvaaniand I

19. Formal Translation
But I was like a tame lamb being led to the slaughter, and I did not know that they had devised plans against me, saying, “Let us destroy the tree with its bread, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, so that his name will no longer be remembered.”
19. Dynamic Translation
I felt like a gentle lamb led to the slaughter, unaware that they were plotting against me, saying, “Let us wipe out the tree with its food, and cut him off from the land of the living so his name will never be remembered again.”
