| 5. Formal Translation For thus says the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Judge}: Do not enter the house of mourning, and do not go to lament, and do not bemoan them, for I have withdrawn My peace from this people, declares the LORD—even lovingkindness and compassion. |
| 5. Dynamic Translation This is what the LORD says: Do not enter a house of mourning, do not go to lament, and do not grieve for them, because I have removed My peace from this community, says the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Protector}, along with steadfast love and compassion. |
