| 6. Formal Translation “House of Israel, am I not able to deal with you like this potter?” declares the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Shaper}. “Look—like the clay in the hand of the potter, so you are in My hand, house of Israel.” |
| 6. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Master Potter} says: “People of Israel, I can shape you like this potter shapes the clay. As clay is held in the potter’s hand, so you are held in My hand, people of Israel.” |
