| 6. Formal Translation “Therefore, behold, the days are coming,” declares the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Judge}, “when this place will no longer be called Topheth or the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter.” |
| 6. Dynamic Translation “This is why, look, the time is coming,” says the LORD {Yahweh, Justice Bringer}, “when people will no longer call this place Topheth or the Valley of Ben-Hinnom. Instead, it will be called the Valley of Slaughter.” |
