   and after that declaration of the LORD I will give {direct object} Zedekiah king of Judah and {direct object} his servants and {direct object} the people and {direct object} the ones who remain in the city this from the pestilence from the sword and from the famine into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those seeking their life and he will strike them by the mouth of the sword he will not pity over them and not he will spare and not he will have compassion

Exegesis

The Hiphil vehikam {וְהִכָּם | wə-hik-kām} ‘and he will strike them’ intensifies the violent action, leading into the thrice-repeated negatives lo-yachus {לֹא־יָחוּס | lōʾ-yāḥûs}, ve-lo-yachmol {וְלֹא יַחְמֹל | wə-lōʾ-yaḥmōl}, ve-lo-yerachem {וְלֹא יְרַחֵֽם | wə-lōʾ-yəraḥēm} ‘he will not spare, nor will he have compassion, nor will he show mercy,’ underscoring the irrevocable nature of divine judgment.
