| 8. Formal Translation And many nations will pass over this city, and each man will say to his neighbor, "Why has the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Judge} done thus to this great city?" |
| 8. Dynamic Translation Many peoples will walk by this city, and everyone will ask their neighbor, "Why did the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Enforcer} do such a thing to this huge city?" |
