Exegesis
The prophetic formula is introduced by ko amar {כֹּֽה־אָמַ֨ר | kô-ʾāmar} ‘thus says’, followed by the compound divine title YHWH Elohei Yisrael {יְהוָ֜ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל | Yə-hō-wāh ʾĕlōhê Yiśrāʾēl}, which asserts both covenantal name and the title ‘God-of-Israel.’
