1. Formal Translation
Take cover, sons of Benjamin, from the midst of Jerusalem; blow the trumpet in Tekoa and lift up the signal over Beth-Haccerem; for nishkefah from the north and shever.
1. Dynamic Translation
Escape immediately, people of Benjamin, from Jerusalem! Sound the shofar in Tekoa and raise the masaet over Beth-Haccerem, because disaster is coming from the north and a great calamity approaches.
