2. Formal Translation And they shall spread them out before the sun and the moon and all the host of heaven, which they have loved and which they have served and which they have walked after and which they have sought and which they have bowed down to. They shall not be gathered nor buried; they shall be like dung on the face of the earth. |
2. Dynamic Translation Those bones will be spread out under the sun and the moon and all the powers of the heavens that they loved and served and pursued and searched for and worshiped. No one will gather or bury them; they will lie like manure on the ground. |
