Lord, revive your Church so we lift up Christ clearly in a dry and wounded world. Make us bold to speak of Jesus, humble enough to depend on you, and compassionate toward people who are hurting. Let many look to Christ and live, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Lift Up Christ Again

Pray by naming one situation where you feel overwhelmed, then ask God to help you look to Jesus instead of to your own strength. Ask for one simple next step you can take today.

Pray for Eyes to Look Up

Bring these to God: a person who feels bitten by fear or failure, a season that feels dry and unsafe, and any place where you need hope that God can still rescue.

For the Wounded and Weary

Pray for people in dry, confusing, or dangerous seasons; that they would not miss the rescue God gives in Jesus; and that you would be ready to point them to him.

For People in the Wilderness

Bring to God any tendency to rely on your own strength. Ask him to teach you to trust the way he saves, even when it surprises you, and to keep your eyes on Jesus.

Learning to Trust the Lifted Savior
