10. Formal Translation Then the men were overwhelmed with great fear and said to him, “What is this you have done?” For the men knew that he was fleeing from the presence of the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Judge}, because he had told them. |
10. Dynamic Translation The men were terrified and said to him, “What have you done?” They knew he was trying to run away from the LORD {Yahweh, Ever-Present King}, because he had told them. |
