The relative clause asher shakhan-sham mishkan YHWH {אֲשֶׁר שָׁכַן־שָׁם מִשְׁכָּן יְהוָה | ʾăšer šāḵan-šām miškān Yəhōwāh} ‘where the tabernacle stands’ provides cultic justification.
