   ve-a-TAH he-NI-akh Ye-ho-VAH e-lo-HEI-khem la-a-khei-KHEM ka-a-SHER di-BER la-HEM ve-a-TAH pe-NU u-le-KHU la-KHEM le-a-ho-lei-KHEM el-E-retz a-khu-zat-KHEM a-SHER na-TAN la-KHEM mo-SHEH E-ved Ye-ho-VAH be-E-ver ha-yar-DEN

   and now has given rest LORD your God to your brothers as he spoke to them and now turn and go to your to your tents to the land of your possession which gave to you Moses servant of the LORD on the other side of the Jordan

Exegesis

The clause natan la-khem Moshe eved YHWH {נָתַן לָכֶם מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד יְהוָה | nā-tan la-khem Mō-šeh ʿe-ved Yə-hō-wāh} attributes the grant to Moses as the LORD’s servant, and the prepositional phrase be-ever ha-yarden {בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן | bə-ʿê-ver ha-yar-ḏēn} ‘beyond the Jordan’ marks its boundary.
