| 15. Formal Translation So they turned aside there to enter and lodge in Gibeah, and he went and sat in the open square of the city, but there was no man to receive them into his house to lodge. |
| 15. Dynamic Translation They stopped there to spend the night in Gibeah, and when he went and sat in the city square, nobody invited them into their home for the night. |
