The entreaty particles hinneh na {הִנֵּ֣ה נָא | hinnēh nā} ‘behold, please’ lead into the temporal clause rapha hayom la’arov {רָפָ֨ה הַיּ֜וֹם לַעֲרֹ֗ב | rāphāh hayyôm la‘āroḇ} ‘the day has slackened toward evening,’ creating urgency.
