32. Formal Translation On that day he called him Jerubbaal, saying, “Let Baal contend with him because he has broken down his altar.” |
32. Dynamic Translation That day they gave him the name Jerubbaal, saying, “Let Baal challenge him, because he tore down his altar.” |
