39. Formal Translation And Gideon said to God {Elohim, Divine Responder}, “Do not let Your anger flare up against me, and let me speak just this once. Let me test, I pray, just this once with the fleece; let it be dry by itself, but let there be dew on all the ground.” |
39. Dynamic Translation Then Gideon said to God {Elohim, Miracle Giver}, “Please do not be angry with me; let me ask just one more time. Allow me to test, just this once more, with the fleece; let the fleece be dry by itself, and let there be dew over all the land.” |
