30. Formal Translation And the priest shall take up some of its blood on his fingertip and place it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering; then he shall pour out all its blood at the altar’s base. |
30. Dynamic Translation Then the priest will use his finger to take some of the animal’s blood and put it on the horns of the altar for burnt offerings, and he will pour out all the rest of its blood at the base of the altar. |
