10. Formal Translation But He {Iesous, Revealing Teacher} said, “To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God {Theos, Sovereign Revealer}, but to the rest it is in parables, so that seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand.” |

Dynamic Translation But He {Iesous, Discerning Teacher} replied, “You have been given insight into the mysteries of God’s {Theos, Dispenser of Insight} kingdom, but to others it is given in parables, so that although they look, they may not see, and although they listen, they may not understand.” |
