13. Formal Translation And this is the second thing you do: you cover the altar of the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Judge} with tears, with weeping and with crying out, because He no longer turns to the offering or receives it with favor from your hand. |
13. Dynamic Translation This is the second thing you do: you flood the LORD’s {Yahweh, Righteous Arbiter} altar with tears, crying and groaning, because He no longer regards the offerings or accepts them with favor from your hand. |
