The relative clause asher loyavo ammoni wumoavi {אֲשֶׁר לֹא־יָב֨וֹא עַמֹּנִ֧י וּמֹאָבִ֛י | ’ă-šer lō-yā-wō’ ’am-mō-nî ū-mō-’ā-vî} ‘that no Ammonite or Moabite shall come’ presents the exclusionary prohibition.
