The construct menayot ha-leviyim {מְנָי֥וֹת הַלְוִיִּ֖ם | mə-nā-yōṯ ha-lə-wî-yîm} specifies cultic provisions, and the Nifal perfect lo nittanah {לֹ֣א נִתָּ֑נָה | lōʾ nittānāh} conveys that they had not been given.
