Formal Translation And they were to proclaim and spread the message throughout all their cities and in Jerusalem, saying, “Go out to the hill country and bring branches of olive and branches of oil tree and branches of myrtle and branches of palms and branches of thick-leaved trees, to make booths, as it is written.” |
15. Dynamic Translation They were to announce and distribute the message in all their towns and in Jerusalem, saying, “Go out into the hill country and bring branches of olive trees and oil trees and myrtles and palm trees and thick-leaved trees to build shelters, just as it is written.” |
