32. Formal Translation And now, our God {Eloheinu, Covenant Upholder}, the great, mighty, and awesome God {El, Supreme Power}, who keeps the covenant and shows loyal love, do not let all the hardship that has come upon us—our kings, princes, priests, prophets, fathers, and all Your people—from the days of the kings of Assyria until this day, seem insignificant before You. |
32. Dynamic Translation Now, O our God {Eloheinu, Faithful Protector}, the great, powerful, and awe-inspiring God {El, Supreme Might}, who keeps covenant commitments and shows steadfast love, please do not disregard all the trouble that has come upon us—our kings, leaders, priests, prophets, ancestors, and all Your people—from the time of the Assyrian kings until today. |
