| 14. Formal Translation But if her husband remains silent toward her from day to day, then he confirms all her vows or all her binding obligations upon her; he confirms them because he remained silent toward her on the day he heard them. |
| 14. Dynamic Translation If her husband says nothing to her day after day, he agrees to all her vows and binding obligations, confirming them by his silence on the day he hears them. |
