Two coordinated Qal imperfect verbs, ’ĕś-ḥāq {אֶשְׂחָק | ’ĕś-ḥāq} ‘I will laugh’ and ’el-ʿaḡ {אֶלְעַג | ’el-ʿaḡ} ‘I will mock’, correspond to the objects bĕ-’ēyd-ḵēm {בְּאֵידְכֶם | bĕ-’ēyd-ḵēm} ‘your calamity’ and p̄aḥaḏ-ḵēm {פַחְדְּכֶם | p̄aḥaḏ-ḵēm} ‘your dread’.
