15. Formal Translation
He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous—both are an abomination to the LORD {Yahweh, Moral Judge}.
15. Dynamic Translation
Anyone who declares the guilty to be right or condemns the innocent—both are detested by the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Evaluator}.
