’Ā-sap̄ {אָסַף | ’ā-sap̄} ‘gathered’ takes rûaḥ {רוּחַ | rū-aḥ} ‘wind’ in the prepositional phrase bə-ḥāf-nāw {בְּחָפְנָיו | bə-ḥāf-nāw} ‘in his fists’, evoking anthropomorphic control.
