14. Formal Translation How then shall they call upon Him {Kyrios, Invoked Savior} in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in One of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without someone preaching? |
14. Dynamic Translation So how can people call on Him {Kyrios, Gracious Deliverer} if they do not believe in Him? And how can they believe in One they have never heard about? And how can they hear unless someone is preaching to them? |
