33. Formal Translation Just as it is written, “See, I am placing in Zion a stone that makes people stumble and a rock of offense, and the one who believes upon Him {Christos, Stumbling Stone Messiah} will not be put to shame.” |
33. Dynamic Translation As the Scripture says, “Look, I set a stone in Zion that people will trip over, a rock that will offend; yet anyone who trusts in Him {Christos, Reliable Cornerstone} will never be disgraced.” |
