Source Text: Hebrew (WLC) Zechariah 6:13:1 ⧉וְ֠הוּאvehuand he Zechariah 6:13:2 ⧉יִבְנֶ֞הyivnewill build Zechariah 6:13:3 ⧉אֶת־הֵיכַ֤לethekhalthe temple of Zechariah 6:13:4 ⧉יְהוָה֙yahwehthe LORD Zechariah 6:13:5 ⧉וְהֽוּא־יִשָּׂ֣אvehuyissaand he will lift up or bear Zechariah 6:13:6 ⧉ה֔וֹדhodmajesty or splendor Zechariah 6:13:7 ⧉וְיָשַׁ֥בveyashavand he will sit Zechariah 6:13:8 ⧉וּמָשַׁ֖לumashaland rule Zechariah 6:13:9 ⧉עַל־כִּסְא֑וֹalkisoupon his throne Zechariah 6:13:10 ⧉וְהָיָ֤הvehayaand there will be Zechariah 6:13:11 ⧉כֹהֵן֙kohena priest Zechariah 6:13:12 ⧉עַל־כִּסְא֔וֹalkisoupon his throne Zechariah 6:13:13 ⧉וַעֲצַ֣תvaatsatand the counsel of Zechariah 6:13:14 ⧉שָׁל֔וֹםshalompeace Zechariah 6:13:15 ⧉תִּהְיֶ֖הtihyeyewill be Zechariah 6:13:16 ⧉בֵּ֥יןbenbetween Zechariah 6:13:17 ⧉שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃shenehemthe two of them or both of them |
13. Formal Translation And he will build the temple of the LORD {Yahweh, Sanctuary Restorer}, and he will bear majesty, and he will sit and rule on his throne. And he will be a priest on his throne, and the counsel of peace will be between the two of them. |
13. Dynamic Translation He will build the LORD’s {Yahweh, Temple Builder} temple, carry honor, and will sit as ruler on his throne. He will also serve as priest on his throne, and peace will reign between them both. |
