Source Text: Hebrew (WLC) Zechariah 6:15:1 ⧉וּרְחוֹקִ֣יםurekhokimand far ones or those far away Zechariah 6:15:2 ⧉יָבֹ֗אוּyavoushall come Zechariah 6:15:3 ⧉וּבָנוּ֙uvanuand they will build Zechariah 6:15:4 ⧉בְּהֵיכַ֣לbehekhalin the temple Zechariah 6:15:5 ⧉יְהוָ֔הyahwehof the LORD Zechariah 6:15:6 ⧉וִידַעְתֶּ֕םvidatemand you will know Zechariah 6:15:7 ⧉כִּֽי־יְהוָ֥הkiyahwehthat the LORD Zechariah 6:15:8 ⧉צְבָא֖וֹתtsevaotof hosts or armies Zechariah 6:15:9 ⧉שְׁלָחַ֣נִיshelakhanihas sent me Zechariah 6:15:10 ⧉אֲלֵיכֶ֑םalekhemto you Zechariah 6:15:11 ⧉וְהָיָה֙vehayaand it will happen Zechariah 6:15:12 ⧉אִם־שָׁמ֣וֹעַimshamoaif hearing or if you indeed listen Zechariah 6:15:13 ⧉תִּשְׁמְע֔וּןtishmeunyou will listen or you will obey Zechariah 6:15:14 ⧉בְּק֖וֹלbekolto the voice Zechariah 6:15:15 ⧉יְהוָ֥הyahwehof the LORD Zechariah 6:15:16 ⧉אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃סelohekhemyour God |
15. Formal Translation And those who are far away will come and build in the temple of the LORD {Yahweh, Temple Owner}; then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. And this will happen if you listen attentively to the voice of the LORD your God. |
15. Dynamic Translation Those from far-off places will come and take part in building the temple of the LORD {Yahweh, Restorer}, and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. This will take place if you truly heed the voice of the LORD your God. |
