23. Formal Translation Thus declares the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Commander of Armies}: At that time ten individuals from every language among the nations will grasp the fringe of a Judean’s garment and say, “Let us accompany you, for we have heard that God {Elohim, Sustaining Presence} is with you.” |
23. Dynamic Translation This is the word of the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Divine Leader}: When that era arrives, people from all nations and tongues—ten at a time—will seize the fringe of a Judean’s robe and ask, “May we accompany you? We have heard that God {Elohim, Guiding Presence} is with you.” |
